PrismaGear SpA was founded in Rome in 2024, born from the vision of a group of young pioneers in digital technology and fashion, with the aim of bringing together the textile industry and emerging immersive technologies. Starting out as a small software research laboratory, within just two years we secured key patents in the field of AR (Augmented Reality) tracking. In 2026, the company officially became a Società per Azioni (S.p.A.), strengthening its commercial network across Europe and establishing major partnerships with leading metaverses and international fashion brands.

Our mission is to integrate the digital ecosystem directly into the fabric we wear every day. We aim to give people — particularly younger generations — a new, creative and interactive way to express their identity, transforming clothing into a dynamic, real-time channel of communication.
Our Vision (Our objective for the future) To become the global benchmark for the convergence of fashion and deep tech. We envision a future in which purchasing a physical garment is only the beginning of an infinite digital experience, reducing waste associated with fast fashion through the sustainability of interchangeable digital “skins” and animations in both public and virtual spaces.
